Anyone heard from TopDocs lately?

Their turnaround has been slower than usual. Probably backed up with orders

Yeah, I had a similar experience with TopDocs recently. They honestly aren't the fastest when it comes to initial replies, but they did pull through in the end. Thought I'd share my full timeline in case it helps anyone waiting right now.

I placed my order about three weeks ago. Sent the initial email and got an auto-reply confirming receipt, then radio silence for almost four days. I was getting a bit worried, but on day five they hit me back with the payment instructions. Sent the payment (BTC) that same day, then another couple days went by before they acknowledged it. After that, the turnaround was actually pretty smooth — shipped within two business days of confirming payment, and the pack landed about a week later. So total from first contact to arrival was maybe two and a half weeks. Not terrible, but the waiting in between felt kind of longer than it needed to be.

Packaging was decent. Nothing flashy, but it got through without issues. Standard envelope, reasonable stealth inside — nothing that would raise suspicions if opened by accident. No weird smells or obvious markings. I'd honestly call it functional rather than impressive, but it did the job.

Communication speed was the main sticking point for me. Slow to respond, like you mentioned, but once they were actually working on the order they were polite and answered my questions. Just don't expect same-day replies or constant updates. They seem to batch their responses rather than handle them as they come in. If you're patient and don't need hand-holding, it's fine.

Value for money? I'd say it's fair. Pricing was in line with what I've seen from other established vendors — not the cheapest around, but not a rip-off either. The quality of what I received matched what I paid for, so I can't complain on that front. If I had to put a number on it, I'd give VFM a solid 7/10. Decent product at a reasonable price, but the slow communication knocks it down a bit.

Pros: Reliable in the sense that they do deliver eventually, product quality matched expectations, polite and professional when they do respond, and no major issues with shipping or stealth.

Cons: Communication is slow especially at the start, not great for anyone who needs quick updates or expedited service, and response times can feel inconsistent — sometimes a day, sometimes almost a week.

Overall, if you're already waiting on TopDocs, I'd honestly say give it a few more days like the original poster suggested. They aren't the fastest or most responsive vendor, but they have a track record of coming through. Just plan ahead and don't expect instant replies, and you'll probably be fine.
