Yeah, I used IDMasters around the same time actually. Ordered mid-December, right before the holiday rush, and honestly I was a little worried about delays. But mine landed in about 10 days too, which was pretty impressive considering the time of year. I’m on the East Coast for reference, so shipping didn't hold it up at all once it went out.

Ordering was pretty straightforward. Their site's standard – pick your state, upload photos, pay, get a confirmation. As for communication, they answered a couple of my questions within a day, which was nice. Some vendors ghost you during the busy season, but these guys stayed responsive. No tracking number, just a "shipped" email – that's pretty normal for this side of the market.

Packaging was discreet. Plain bubble mailer, no sketchy return address, just a nondescript envelope. Inside, the ID was in a simple card sleeve with a piece of cardstock – nothing fancy, but it did the job. No extra inserts that could look suspicious if someone accidentally opens it.

As for the ID itself? Solid is definitely the right word. The material feels right – good thickness, not too bendy, not too stiff. The raised text is there and passable, though if I'm being picky it could be a tiny bit more defined on some states. But that's just me being nitpicky. Colors match the known template pretty well, and the microprint is crisp. Holograms look clean and don't scream fake. I haven't run it through any strict scans, just casual usage, and it's held up fine.

Value for money: I'd say it's a solid 8/10 for what I paid. Not the cheapest, but the turnaround and quality make it worth it. If you need something fast and don't want to gamble with slow domestic options, they delivered for me. Fast shipping even during peak season, responsive customer service, good overall quality on the standard elements. Cons? Raised text depth could be a little better, and I wish they provided tracking – but neither is a dealbreaker.

Would I reorder? Probably. For a mid-range vendor they're reliable, and that 10-day turnaround was exactly what I needed. Just don't expect perfection on every tiny detail – "pretty solid" is about right for the price point.
