Been using the same vendor for 2 years - full review

Long overdue writeup on my experience. Consistent quality, solid communication, and turnaround has stayed reliable across 6 orders. Hard to find that kind of consistency in this space.

I've been sticking with the same vendor for about two years now, and honestly, I figured it's about time I drop a full review. The title says it all - loyalty really does pay off in this game. I'm not going to name names because rules, but if you've been around the block you'll probably recognize the profile.

Ordering timeline has been pretty consistent across my orders. First order went through in about 5-7 business days from payment to arrival, but after that, things sped up noticeably. By my third or fourth order, I was seeing packs land in like 3-4 days. That's the loyalty perk right there - they definitely prioritize return customers. I usually order every couple months, never had a single order go missing or take longer than a week. Payment method has stayed the same throughout, and they always confirm within a few hours of sending the crypto.

Packaging stealth has always been solid, tbh. Standard discreet envelope, nothing that screams "ID" to the mail carrier. Inside, the IDs are wrapped in a non-descript sleeve or cardboard, sometimes with a little bubble wrap. Nothing fancy, but functional. The outside return address is always a generic business name that changes location every time, so no pattern to flag. I've never had customs issues, probably because they keep it low-key. They also include a small slip with care instructions - how to bend the card if needed, stuff like that - but no branding or vendor names.

Communication speed is where loyalty really shines. When I first started, email replies took maybe 24-36 hours. Now, I usually hear back within 6-12 hours if I have a question. They're not chatty, but they answer what I need and move on. I've had to ask for a reprint once due to a minor error on my end (wrong photo uploaded) - they fixed it without any hassle, no extra charge. That kind of service keeps me coming back. They also send tracking automatically now, which they didn't do on my first order.

Value for money: I'd give it a solid 9/10, tbh. Prices are what you'd expect for mid-range quality, you know, nothing bargain bin but not top-tier luxury either. Considering the peace of mind from a reliable source and the priority treatment, it's worth every penny. Over two years, I've probably placed 8-10 orders total, and only one had a small issue that was resolved fast. Compared to the few other vendors I tried early on, the consistency here easily justifies the slightly higher cost.

As for pros: consistent quality, fast turnaround for repeat customers, responsive support once you're established, and good stealth packaging. They also seem to update their templates regularly - my latest IDs have better microprint and UV than the first ones I got two years ago. The lamination and thickness have improved too. On the flip side, they're not the cheapest out there. Also, they don't offer rush shipping options, so if you're in a hurry, you're stuck with standard mail. New customers might have a slower initial experience until they build up trust. And their website can be a bit clunky for order tracking if you don't email them directly.

Overall, if you're willing to stick with one vendor and treat them right, they'll treat you right back. That's been my experience at least. Hope this helps someone decide whether to go long-term or keep hopping around.

6 orders is a solid sample size. Which states have you tried?

Consistency is everything. A vendor who delivers once might just be lucky.

Do they offer anything for repeat customers?
