Best vendor for group orders??

Looking to place a group order for about 8 people. Which vendor has the best bulk pricing right now?

We need good quality and reasonable turnaround time.

I did a group of 6 last month and it worked out great. Saved about 30% per person.

We were all in the same friend group, so pooling made a lot of sense honestly. The whole process took about three weeks from start to finish. I sent the order in on a Monday evening, got a confirmation the next morning asking for a group photo and a spreadsheet with each person's details. That was pretty smooth – I just had everyone send me their info and pics, formatted it into a simple table, and emailed it back. Payment was handled as one lump sum via BTC, which was a bit of a pain collecting from everyone but the vendor accepted it no problem.

Communication was solid throughout. They replied within about 6-12 hours each time, which I thought was reasonable. No ghosting, no weird excuses. When I asked about the discount for a group of six they confirmed the 30% off right away, no haggling needed. Turnaround after payment was about two weeks – they sent me a QC batch of all six IDs together, and I gave a quick look over everything. Only had to ask for one small correction on a state flag color, and they re-did that one within a couple of days.

Packaging was stealthy enough, I guess. Came in a plain bubbler envelope with no return address. Inside was a cardboard sleeve so nothing bent. Each ID was wrapped individually in thin plastic, nothing fancy. There was no smell or anything suspicious about the package. Customs clearance took maybe three days after it landed in the country, no issues.

Value for money was definitely high. Individually you'd pay standard price, but with six the 30% discount made it probably the best deal I've seen for this tier of quality. The per-person cost came out real reasonable compared to what some other vendors charge for singles. And the quality across all six was consistent – same material, same printing quality, same UV pattern. No one got a dud.

On the plus side, the discount structure was clear, they provided a template for group management, turnaround was fast for a batch, and the quality was consistent across all IDs. Communication was straightforward too – no runaround. On the downside, collecting BTC from five other people was a hassle. You also have to trust that everyone submits correct info – one mistake and the whole order could get held up if you don't catch it in QC. Also, the packaging wasn't super stealthy for a large order (no decoy items or extra layers). But it got through fine.

Overall I'd recommend this route if you can coordinate a group. The savings are legit and the quality didn't suffer just because it was a bulk order. Just make sure everyone double-checks their details before you submit.

Communication is key. They respond pretty quick if you have questions

Make sure everyone submits good photos. One bad photo can delay the whole batch
