Yeah, I ran into this issue too. I was stuck at the login screen—kept getting “invalid credentials” even though I was honestly 100% sure my password was right. Tried caps lock, tried pasting it in, even double-checked on a different device. Same error. Figured maybe my account got locked from too many failed attempts, or maybe the site was glitching after that last update they pushed.

Here's what I did: I cleared my browser cache and cookies—that didn't help. Switched from Chrome to Firefox, still no luck. Then I used the “forgot password” link and reset my password through email. The reset confirmation came through fine, but after I set a new one, the login still rejected it. That's when I knew something was off on the server side. I even tried the password reset again with a different email address I had on file, same result.

Eventually I contacted support through their contact form. I included my username, the email I used to register, and a screenshot of the error. They got back to me within 24 hours and told me my account had been flagged for a security check—apparently the IP range I was using triggered their fraud filters. They manually cleared it and I was able to log in right after. The fix was literally just them flipping a flag on the backend.

For prevention going forward: make sure you're not logging in from a VPN or public Wi-Fi that might look sketchy to their system. Also, enable 2FA if they offer it, and keep your recovery email up to date so resets go through without issues. I'd recommend using a password manager to avoid typos, and if you ever get repeated login failures, wait at least 15 minutes before trying again to avoid triggering a lockout.

If the password reset doesn't work for you, don't keep hammering it—just reach out to support. That's the only way to resolve it when the system itself is bugged or your account is stuck in a security hold.
