One question - you mentioned OISF is best for California IDs. How does their CA compare to real ones? I'm in California and worried about in-state usage.
I haven't personally used IDInvestor so I didn't include them. From what I've heard:

- Pricing similar to LostID
- Not enough user reviews yet to confidently recommend
