EvolvedIDs message delivery time

posted by beatleboy 21 hours ago 144 views 0 comments

I've been going back and forth with EvolvedIDs support about a delayed order and want to share the timeline since the typical EvolvedIDs support thread either focuses on the initial contact or the resolution, not the full sequence in between.

My order was placed twenty-two days ago. Status moved to "in production" on day six, which was normal. On day fourteen I received a proof — also within the expected window. I approved the proof the same day. That was eight days ago. Since the proof approval, I haven't received shipping confirmation, a production completion notice, or any communication from their team.

I sent a support message on day six after proof approval — day twenty of the total order. The message asked simply whether production was complete and whether there was an estimated ship date. I attached my order number and noted the proof approval date.

That message was acknowledged on day three (day twenty-three of my order). The acknowledgment was brief — it said they were checking with the production team and would follow up. It's been two days since that acknowledgment with no follow-up yet.

I'm not posting this to criticize EvolvedIDs, because my previous orders from them have all delivered without problems. What I want the forum to have is a documented recent example of what the communication timeline looks like when there's a production delay rather than a smooth order. Eight days from proof approval to no shipping notice is outside what the forum guides describe as normal, and the support communication is measured in days per exchange rather than hours.

I'll update this thread when the order resolves. If you're in a similar position — waiting on shipping notice after proof approval — my suggestion is to send a support message at day six after approval rather than waiting longer.
