FakeYourDrank support ticket response speed

I submitted a support ticket to FakeYourDrank to track their response time and document what the interaction was actually like. I've seen widely varying reports about their support — everything from "same day response" to "never heard back" — and I wanted my own data point.

The reason for the ticket was minor: I had a question about whether they supported a specific state format that was showing as unavailable on the order form but that I'd seen mentioned in a forum thread as being available. Not a complaint, just a pre-order inquiry.

First response came in approximately 36 hours. The reply was from a support account and addressed my specific question rather than sending a generic help page link. They confirmed the state was temporarily unavailable due to a format update that was in progress and estimated it would be available in about two weeks. They also proactively mentioned that I could submit my order and they'd flag it for the updated format when the production run completed, rather than making me watch for an availability update and reorder manually.

That's actually useful customer service — they answered the question and then offered to solve the inconvenience the answer created. I took them up on it, placed the order with a note, and received a message two and a half weeks later confirming the state was back in production and my order had been queued.

The total process was longer than an in-stock order would have been, but FakeYourDrank communicated proactively at each step rather than requiring me to chase them. The support ticket initiated the entire chain and the support experience itself was straightforward.

My assessment: their support response time is 24-48 hours for first response, they're operating with real responses rather than automated replies, and they have some operational flexibility to handle non-standard order situations. That's better than the "unresponsive" reports I'd seen in older threads, which may reflect improved support staffing or the difference between complaint tickets and inquiry tickets.

Can't speak for this exact vendor, but I've dealt with my fair share of ticket delays. What's been consistent for me is that turnaround time usually picks up right after the order process starts — that's when they actually pay attention. Even with slower vendor communication up front, they've always come through in the end. If stealth packaging and the product itself are solid, I'm willing to wait a day or two for a response. Just don't panic if it's not instant, especially this time of year.
