Got my order but theres a small issue with the photo. Has anyone dealt with reprints before? How does the process work?

So I wanted to drop my thoughts on my recent experience with this vendor. Honestly, it was pretty solid overall, but there were a couple hiccups I think are worth mentioning for anyone on the fence.

I placed my order on a weekday afternoon. The process was straightforward — site was easy to navigate, payment went through without any issues. They sent a confirmation email within a couple hours, which was nice. I didn't get any tracking updates until about a week later, but that's pretty standard for these kinds of places.

Shipping took about 10-12 days total from order to arrival, which is exactly what I expected. The packaging was low-key — just a plain manila bubble mailer with no return address that stood out. Inside it was wrapped in a bit of tissue paper and then a small plastic sleeve. Nothing that'd raise eyebrows if someone else opened it by accident.

Now for the important part: communication. When I had a small issue with the order — the lamination was peeling slightly at one corner — I shot them an email with a few clear photos showing the problem. They replied within about 4 hours, which I thought was pretty fast considering the time zone difference. The support rep was polite and didn't ask a bunch of redundant questions. They just acknowledged the issue and said they'd send a replacement right away. That replacement arrived about a week later, and it was perfect.

Value for money wise, I'd give them a solid 8/10. The pricing is reasonable compared to other vendors I've used, especially considering the quality of the finished product. The colors were vibrant, the material felt right, and the details were crisp. The only reason it's not a 9 or 10 is the initial issue, but honestly, the way they handled it made me trust them more.

Pros: Fast and helpful customer support — they actually read your message and respond with a solution, not a copy-paste script. Clear resolution process: send pics, get a quick fix or replacement. No hoops to jump through. Good quality on the final product (the replacement was flawless). Discreet packaging that doesn't scream "novelty ID inside."

Cons: Initial quality control could be slightly tighter — my first unit had a lamination defect. No tracking provided automatically; I had to ask for it, and some people prefer having that info upfront. Turnaround time is average, nothing particularly fast or slow.

Honestly, the main takeaway here is: if you do run into any issues, don't panic. Just take clear, well-lit pictures of the problem and email their support. In my experience, they knock it out pretty fast. I'd order from them again despite the minor hiccup because the way they handled the replacement showed they stand behind their work. That goes a long way in this space.

Happy to answer any questions if anyone else is considering placing an order.
