First impressions of service

How long does it usually take to get a response from customer service? Sent a message 2 days ago still waiting.

So I just got my order and wanted to drop my first impressions. I've only done one order so far, so take it with a grain of salt, but honestly? Pretty satisfied overall.

I placed the order on a Tuesday evening. Got a confirmation email within a couple of hours – tracking number, note about packing, all good. Payment went smooth. Next day, I got a message saying it had shipped. So from order to mail‑out was about 26 hours, then about 8 days to arrive domestically. Pretty standard for first‑class with tracking. Door‑to‑door was just over a week. I've seen faster, but for a first try, I wasn't worried.

Honestly, the packaging stealth was on point. Came in a plain bubble mailer with a return label from some nondescript company name. Inside was just folded card stock with the card taped between two layers – nothing that would rattle or feel suspicious if opened casually. No extra stickers or branding. I appreciate that because I share a mailbox. The card itself was in a thin plastic sleeve, no outer packaging beyond that. For the price point, it's better than I expected.

Communication was exactly as described – always a response within a day. I asked about the order number formatting (forgot to include it in my first message). They replied in about 14 hours reminding me to add it. Once I included it, they got back in under 2 hours. So yeah, definitely include your order number or you'll get a gentle nudge. They're polite, to the point, no fluff.

Value for money, I'd rate it a solid 8/10. The card itself looks good under normal light, passes the basic swipe test, and the raised text is crisp. Could be better on the microprint detail – it's a bit blurry under a loupe – but for the price it's a strong contender. I've seen worse from more expensive places. If you need a functional novelty ID for low‑risk use, this hits the sweet spot between cost and quality.

On the plus side: fast turnaround, solid stealth packaging, responsive support, and the product feels durable. Downside: microprint isn't perfect, UV could be brighter (the overlay shows up faint but legible), and the lamination edge is slightly noticeable if you run your nail along it. Also, the order number reminder thing is a minor hassle – but once you know, it's easy.

Overall, I'd order from them again. Just remember to paste that order number in your first message and you'll be golden.
