Just got my first ID yesterday and honestly it exceeded my expectations way more than I thought it would. I've been lurking on the forum for a while reading reviews before pulling the trigger, and I'm glad I finally did. Figured I'd share my experience for anyone else in the same boat.
Ordering Timeline: I placed my order on a Monday evening. Payment went through fine with BTC – no issues there. Got a confirmation email within an hour with an order number. No communication was needed on my end after that. The status changed to "shipped" after about 10 days, and it landed in my mailbox exactly 14 days from the order date. So the 2 week wait the title mentions is pretty accurate – actually it was 14 days on the dot. That's honestly better than some of the wait times I've seen reported for other vendors.
Packaging & Stealth: The package came in a plain bubble mailer with no return address or any obvious markings. Inside, the ID was tucked between two pieces of cardboard, wrapped in a thin foam sheet to prevent bending. There was no extra filler or business cards – just the ID. For domestic shipping, that level of stealth felt totally fine. No customs risk since it's domestic, but the packaging was discreet enough that my roommate wouldn't notice anything odd if they saw it. The outer envelope didn't have any logos or suspicious stamps, just my address in standard font.
Communication: I didn't need to contact support at all during the process, so I can't speak to response times personally. But from what I've seen others say, they seem to reply within a day. I did send an email asking about an order status update around day 8 just to be safe, and got a reply the next morning saying it was in the final printing queue. So communication speed seems solid – at least 24 hours for a response. The tone was professional and direct, no fluff.
Product Review: The ID itself is a standard O21. The material feels right – not too flimsy, not too thick. The holos catch the light nicely and are properly placed over the state seal. Microprint around the birthday and address lines is sharp – I had to use a loupe to check and it's all there. No missing text or blurry spots. The signature matches the font style from the state, and the photo came out clean with no weird color shifts. I compared it side by side with a friend's real ID from the same state, and the overall layout is spot on. The raised text is present but could be a little more defined – it's there if you run your finger over it, but it's not as prominent as the real one.
I did a test run at a local liquor store yesterday. Handed it over, the cashier glanced at it, swiped it through the scanner, and I was in and out in under a minute. Scanner confirmed the info matched and no flag. So it's functional for low-risk use. No UV test yet since I don't have a light, but I'll update when I get one.
Value for Money (VFM): For what I paid, I'd say it's a solid 8.5/10. The turnaround time was reasonable, the quality is above entry-level, and it works in real-world scenarios. Is it perfect? No – I'd say the lamination feels just a hair thicker than a real O21, but only noticeable when you compare side by side. Also the raised text could be slightly more pronounced, but for the price point it's hard to complain. I'd definitely order from this vendor again based on this experience.
Specific Pros: Crisp holograms, solid microprint, scans perfectly, nice stealth packaging
