First timer - Need help with photo requirements
Hi all! First time ordering and I'm confused about the photo requirements.
Do I need to take the photo against a specific color background? What about lighting? Should I be smiling or have a neutral expression?
Also, I wear glasses daily - should I include them in the photo or not?
Sorry for the basic questions, just want to make sure I get this right the first time!

Here's what I did: stood 3-4 feet from a plain wall, had a friend take the photo with their phone on portrait mode, made sure my face was well-lit. That's literally it. Came out perfect.

If you wear glasses, definitely include them if you wear them daily. But tilt your head slightly down to avoid glare on the lenses. You want your eyes clearly visible.

Blue or grey background is best. Make sure the lighting is even - no harsh shadows on your face. Neutral expression, no smile. If you wear glasses daily, include them in the photo but make sure there's no glare.
