Handed it to the bouncer who looked at it for maybe 10 seconds under UV light. He asked me what year I graduated high school. I panicked and gave the wrong year based on my fake birthdate. He knew immediately. Took the ID, said "this is fake" and wouldn't give it back. Didn't call the cops but permanently banned me from the venue. Lost $90 on the fake ID. **My mistakes:** 1. **Went to an upscale venue with strict security** - Should have started at easier places 2. **Didn't memorize my info** - The birthdate question caught me off guard 3. **Used a budget vendor** - The UV features were apparently wrong 4. **Looked nervous** - My body language gave me away **Lessons learned:** - MEMORIZE everything on your ID. Happens to the best of us. Those graduation questions are brutal if you're not ready for them. Honestly, high-end spots really test with UV light too—cheap fakes usually get called out first when the 365nm UV makes the UV bleeds obvious. Paired with a lazy hologram? Dead giveaway. Smart upgrade with your new one. Definitely practice the details until it's second nature, not worth risking a confiscation if they bring out a PDF417 scanner next time too.

I've been there man. High-end spots like that will hit you with the year of graduation question almost every time—it's their go-to trick. But blame also goes to the budget vendor for not having proper UV bleeds and lazy holograms that can't hold up under a 365nm UV light. You live and you learn. Memorize everything before you hit the door next time.

At least they didn't call the cops. In some states they're required to confiscate fakes and report them. You got lucky it was just a ban.

Thanks for sharing this. The graduation year question is smart, I never would have thought to calculate that. Going to write down all this info and memorize it before I use mine.

This is why I always recommend people make a note in their phone with all their fake info. Study it like you're preparing for an exam. It needs to be automatic.

High-end Miami clubs are notoriously strict. Those bouncers see hundreds of fakes every week. You need a top-tier ID and perfect confidence to get past them. Sorry you learned the hard way.

Yeah I know I got off easy. Already ordered a better quality one from OISF and this time I've memorized everything. Won't make the same mistakes twice.
