How long for OldIronSides queue?

Just wrapped up an OldIronSides order and wanted to post actual timeline numbers since most of what's out there is vague or outdated. I placed the order on a Wednesday evening, uploaded my photo the following morning after getting the confirmation email, and approved the proof on Friday afternoon. That's where the wait really starts.

After proof approval, the queue moved like this: no status change for six days, then a brief "in production" update that lasted about eighteen hours, then a shipping notification with a tracking number. Door to door from order placement to delivery was twenty-two days. The card itself arrived in good condition — no edge damage, the laminate was flat, and the hologram element was properly aligned.

A few things I noticed about the wait that might be useful:

• Weekends don't seem to count. The status moved on weekdays only, which made the six-day quiet stretch feel longer than it was.
• Their support response when I asked for a queue update was about forty hours. The reply confirmed my order was in the standard queue and gave a vague "within the next week" estimate that turned out to be accurate.
• The tracking number was issued on a Thursday and showed the first scan the following Monday, suggesting they batch shipments at the start of the week.

Twenty-two days felt long compared to what I read in older reviews, but two other people who ordered around the same time reported similar timelines. My read is that current queue times are running about three weeks for a standard order. If you're working with a deadline, add five days of buffer on top of whatever timeline their site currently shows.

If your order has been in the queue longer than four weeks without any status movement, that's worth a direct message. Under four weeks and I'd sit on it — the production queue is real and contacting them repeatedly doesn't seem to speed it up based on what others have reported.
