IDViking in 2026 — current status

IDViking was one of the more discussed vendors a couple of years ago but appears to have significantly reduced operations or gone quiet since then. Here is what I have been able to determine from my research.

Their main domain has been intermittently accessible. In the past three months I have checked it on six occasions — two times it loaded fully, two times it showed a maintenance page, and twice it timed out entirely. This pattern of intermittent availability is a common sign of either active wind-down, a server migration issue, or operational instability.

Review activity on major forums has dropped substantially. The most recent thread I found with a confirmed delivery report was from late 2025. Prior to that, IDViking generated consistent monthly review threads. The absence of recent confirmed orders is more telling than the domain instability — even vendors going through technical problems usually have customers posting about orders they placed before the issue started.

What active members say

Several members who ordered from IDViking regularly in 2023 and 2024 report not receiving responses to recent support messages. One describes placing an order through their site when it was accessible, paying with Bitcoin, and receiving no order confirmation or subsequent communication. This pattern — orders accepted but unacknowledged — is common in the wind-down phase of vendors who are no longer actively operating but have not explicitly closed.

Recommendation

Based on available information, I would not place a new order with IDViking until they demonstrate consistent site availability and recent confirmed deliveries appear in current review threads. The risk of loss with no recourse is too high given the current signals. Several alternative vendors with verified 2026 activity are operating reliably.

When a vendor's status is uncertain, the safest approach is to monitor the vendor's primary communication channel for at least two to three weeks before placing an order. Vendors resuming operation after a temporary pause typically announce it. Continued silence combined with no verified delivery reports from other buyers in that window is the clearest signal to redirect your order to an alternative with confirmed recent activity.
