Is IDGod currently backlogged?

My current IDGod order has been sitting on "photo verification" for ten days. I placed it on July 1st, paid with Monero, received the confirmation email within the hour — everything normal up to that point. But the status has not moved since. I've seen orders clear photo verification in two to three days typically, so ten days is well outside what I'd expect.

I'm not panicking yet because I haven't gotten any rejection notice or request to resubmit the photo. If the photo had a problem, I'd expect a message. Silence usually means it's queued rather than stuck. But ten days is enough that I want to know whether others are seeing the same thing right now.

A few things I've ruled out: the photo I submitted was clean — neutral background, forward-facing, good lighting, under the file size limit. I've used the same photo format on previous IDGod orders without issues. Payment was confirmed on-chain before I saw the order status update, so that's not a pending item either.

My theory is that IDGod hit a high-volume period around the start of the month and the photo review queue backed up. A similar pattern showed up in threads from earlier this year where people reported that July and August orders were slower to progress through the initial stages. If that's what's happening, waiting it out is probably the right move rather than submitting a support ticket that adds to their workload.

That said, I'm planning to send a brief support message on day twelve if nothing changes. My experience with IDGod support is that they respond within a couple of days when the message is specific — I include the order number, the order date, and the specific status I'm seeing rather than a general "what's happening with my order" message.

If anyone placed an IDGod order in the same window — first week of July — and has seen it move through photo verification, I'd be interested to know how long it took. Having a few current data points would help me calibrate whether this is normal variance or something specific to my order.
