MagicIDs portal login status

Checked the MagicIDs portal this week after seeing a couple of posts claiming login was broken. My experience was straightforward — the site loaded on the first try with no redirect issues, and my existing account credentials worked without needing a password reset.

That said, I noticed the dashboard was responding slowly when I navigated to the order history page. It took about eight seconds to load the list, which was noticeably slower than my last visit three weeks ago. The order detail pages themselves loaded fine once I clicked through. My guess is that the server handling the history queries is under more load than usual, not that there's a fundamental problem with the portal.

For anyone who hit the login errors mentioned in the other threads: the issue seemed to be specific to one of their secondary domains. The main domain has been working consistently in my tests across three different browsers over the past two days. If you are using a bookmarked link that points to an older domain or a mirror address, try navigating directly to the primary URL rather than following a saved link.

The order submission form was fully functional when I tested it. I walked through a test configuration without completing payment just to confirm all the fields were responding. Photo upload accepted a standard JPEG without any processing errors. The personalization fields auto-saved as I filled them in, which is a small improvement over earlier versions of their form that required manual saving.

Two-factor authentication is still optional on MagicIDs rather than required, which I think is a missed opportunity given the nature of the orders. If you don't have it enabled, I'd recommend activating it — the setup takes about two minutes and it protects against the account takeover attempts that occasionally get reported in community threads.

My overall read is that the portal is operational. The history page slowness is mildly annoying but doesn't affect order placement or status checking in any meaningful way. If you were avoiding placing an order because of the reported login problems, the issue appears to have been isolated and is not affecting the main domain currently.

I pulled the trigger on a small order too and had the same login hiccup. Trying a different browser or clearing cookies seemed to fix it for me, worth a shot. Once I got in, the order process was actually fine and turnaround time was about what I expected. Honestly the flaky portal bugged me way more than the wait did. Hope yours moves soon man.

Yeah I had the same thing with the portal for a bit, seemed like it was just flaky. My order process went smooth once I stopped hammering the login, and the vendor came through a few days after. Turnaround time was actually decent once it shipped. I'd give it another week before worrying, but maybe shoot their customer service responsiveness a ping if it stays locked out.

Has anyone actually gotten logged into the MagicIDs portal lately? I pulled the trigger on a small order a couple weeks back and still can't get past the login page. Turnaround time seems to vary a lot based on what I've read here, so I'm trying not to stress yet. Curious if the portal issues are normal or a sign things are down.
