Need a reliable vendor with fast turnaround

So a couple weeks ago I posted asking for a vendor that could actually deliver in under two weeks because I had a concert coming up and needed an ID fast. Figured I'd report back since I know a lot of you are in the same boat.

I ended up going with a vendor that had been talked about in a few recent threads but nothing super detailed. Honestly I was nervous because the two-week window is tight and most places say 10-14 business days not including shipping. I ordered on a Monday and submitted payment right away. They confirmed the order the same day which was a good sign. Production took about 9 days which surprised me – I honestly expected it to be closer to the deadline. Then shipping was 3 days with a domestic carrier so total turnaround was exactly 12 days from order to mailbox. That got it to me with two days to spare before the concert. Timeline wise, I'd say their communication was solid – they kept me updated at each step (payment received, in production, shipped) without me having to chase them.

Packaging was pretty standard but they did a nice job with the stealth. The outer envelope was just a plain poly mailer with a return address from a random business name, and inside was a folded piece of cardboard with the ID taped inside – so even if someone opened it they'd see cardboard first. No vacuum sealing or special liner, but for domestic that's usually fine. Customs isn't really a worry with domestic so I wasn't too concerned.

Communication speed was actually better than I expected. I had a question about a photo crop after ordering and they replied within a few hours via their support email. No attitude, didn't try to upsell – just answered the question and made the adjustment. Honestly, that level of responsiveness is rare in this game so I appreciated it.

Value for money – I'd give it a solid 7/10. The price was a bit above the median for domestic but not by a crazy amount. Considering the speed and how well the quality held up, I think it was worth it. The ID itself looks good at a glance – the colors match, microprint is visible under magnification, and the raised text feels right. I didn't put it through UV or a scanner because frankly the concert bouncer just looked at it under a regular light and waved me through. No issues. The one con is that the photo has a slightly matte finish that I've seen on other IDs from this same region, but honestly it's not a dead giveaway unless you know what to look for. The laminate edges are clean though, which is a big plus.

On the plus side, turnaround was lightning fast, support responsive, build clean, domestic shipping meant no customs delay, and it passed a real-world test at a busy concert entrance. The downsides: price is a tad high compared to some other fast options, and the photo finish is a minor tell if someone scrutinizes it under a bright light. Also the packaging wasn't the most discreet I've seen – if you're ordering multiple IDs the cardboard sandwich method might not be ideal but for a single one it worked fine.

Would I use them again for a last-minute order? I'd probably say yes, assuming they keep up the speed. For something with more time I might look elsewhere for better value but when you're in a rush this vendor delivered what they promised.
