New vendor I tried - honest breakdown

Decided to test a vendor I had not used before. Placed a single order to evaluate quality before committing to anything larger. Sharing my full breakdown for the community.

Yeah, that radio silence can make you sweat a bit, but it seems like they usually come through. I've noticed the turnaround time is pretty consistent — Tuesday orders landing by Friday is what I've heard too. Their customer service responsiveness was actually decent when I had a small question about the order process. That's what made me pull the trigger on that second ID. If the UV test holds up, you're golden.

Good write-up. Turnaround was actually solid for me — ordered on a Tuesday and had it in hand by Friday, which was faster than I expected considering they’re new. Vendor communication was decent, responded to my status check within a day. I almost didn't pull the trigger on this one, but they came through. Curious how the stealth packaging looked if yours arrived intact?

Smart move testing with just one order first – that’s exactly what I did. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because you never really know what you’re gonna get with a new vendor, but I figured it was worth the gamble for a single ID.

As for timeline, I placed the order on a Tuesday evening. Payment went through fine, and I got a confirmation email within a couple hours. Then it was radio silence for about three days, which honestly had me a little nervous. But on day four I got a message saying it was being printed. Shipped out on day six after order, and it landed in my mailbox eight days total from order to delivery. Not the fastest I’ve seen, but definitely reasonable for a first-time test order.

Packaging was pretty standard – plain bubble mailer with no return address or anything that would make you suspicious. Inside, the ID was wrapped in a small piece of cardboard and then inside a little plastic sleeve. No extras like a duplicate or a custom card, but that’s fine for a test. Stealth-wise it wasn’t over the top or anything, but it wouldn’t raise any flags if someone saw it in the mail.

Communication was decent. I messaged them once about a small detail on the order form, and they got back to me within about 12 hours. The reply was polite and direct, no fluff. Not the fastest response time, but when they did answer it was helpful. I’d give communication a solid 7/10.

As for value for money, I paid a bit more than some of the budget options out there, but for the quality I got I think it was worth it. The price was mid-range compared to other vendors I’ve used. VFM rating – I’d say 8/10. Not dirt cheap, but you’re not getting a piece of junk either.

On the plus side, the template itself is pretty clean. Colors match well, microprint is sharp, and the back looks good too. The front overlay feels right, not too glossy. Also, they accepted crypto and credit card, which was convenient. As for cons, there are a couple small things – the signature line is a touch too dark compared to a real one I’ve seen, and the raised text could be a little more prominent. Also, turnaround time was a bit slower than advertised. They said 5 business days to ship but it took 6. Minor but worth noting.

Overall, I’m happy I took the chance. I’ll probably order more from them in the future, but I always test first. What state did you go with?

Appreciate the honest breakdown approach. Too many reviews are biased.

How did the novelty card hold up to a UV light?
