Hey, OP here. Just wanted to circle back since folks have been asking about OIS shipping times recently. My experience might honestly help set expectations for anyone on the fence.

I placed my order early December—I think the 3rd or 4th, I don't have the exact date saved, but definitely the first week. The confirmation email came through pretty quickly, maybe within an hour or two. No issues there. After payment cleared, it went into "processing" for about four or five days. That part felt kind of slow, but I figured December's busy for everyone. Once it actually shipped, the tracking worked from day one—no dead links or ghost numbers. It moved through standard USPS priority, and I got my pack mid-month, so it was exactly two weeks from order to mailbox. That's about what I expect from them: 10–14 days domestically, but they do say to allow up to three during holidays.

Packaging was a plain white bubble mailer, no return address that matched anything suspicious. Inside, the IDs were in a stiff cardboard insert wrapped in a thin plastic sleeve, then tucked into a sheet of paper—kind of like a folded letter. No extras like a fake sam card or decoy items, which is fine by me, tbh. The stealth level was decent; it could pass for some random promotional mailer if someone glanced at it. I wouldn't worry about roommates or parents opening it, but it's not vacuum-sealed or anything wild.

Communication was minimal but on point. I sent one follow-up about a week in just to check if everything was okay with my order. Got a reply within 24 hours, polite and direct, basically "still in queue, you'll get tracking when it goes out." They're not chatty, but they answered my question without any attitude. Honestly, I'd call that average speed for this scene.

Value for money wise, I think OIS lands somewhere in the mid-range. Their pricing is competitive with other established vendors—not the cheapest, not the priciest. For the quality I got (good lamination, passable microprint, colors matched the state template) I felt I paid a fair amount. Honestly, I've seen worse for more money on other forums, so I'm not complaining.

On the plus side, I got a consistent two-week turnaround during a holiday rush, the tracking actually worked, their replies were polite even when they were swamped, and the packaging wasn't overly flashy or suspicious. On the downside, the processing time of 4–5 days before shipping felt a bit long compared to some competitors who ship in 1–2 days. Also, there was no update when my order moved from processing to shipped—I had to manually check tracking. And communication was fine but not proactive; you have to reach out first if you want a status update.

Overall, I'd say be patient like I said in the first post. If you order and forget about it, you'll be surprised when it shows up. Overthinking the timeline just makes it drag. YMMV depending on when in the month you jump in, but early December worked out fine for me.
