Placed two orders but only one tracking number
I've run into this too. In my case the delay was going through a round of checksum validation before the number went live, not just a data parsing error. Give it a day, then check the order page directly rather than just your email. That's where it always showed up for me.
Yeah I've seen this too, usually just a data parsing error on their end where the second number sits blank until the batch fixes itself. Mine cleared up after a few hours. If it's been over a day though, that's when I'd email support—waiting queue paired with a stuck number really throws a red flag.
Had the same thing happen a while back—the second tracking number popped up about six hours later once their system synced. If yours is still blank, definitely give it until tomorrow before panicking. I've learned those warehouse splits are way more common than they admit. Honestly, it reminds me of when I used to mess with fake IDs—sometimes the barcode is dead or the PDF417 string format gets mangled and throws a red flag at the scanner. This isn't that serious, but same energy—give their backend time to catch up.
Had the same thing happen a while back—the second tracking number popped up about six hours later once their system synced. If yours is still blank, definitely give the order status page a refresh; I've noticed their data parsing error can leave it empty until they manually push it through. Worst case, email support with both order numbers—they fixed mine in a day. Don't stress too much, it's way more common than you'd think.
Yeah, this happened to me once too. Turned out the second order shipped from a different warehouse, so the tracking number showed up a few hours later in my account. If it's been more than a day, though, I'd check the order status page—sometimes a data parsing error on their end leaves the number blank until they fix it. Worth a shot before you email support.
Ordered a card for myself and one for a friend in the same week, both to the same address, and received only one tracking notification. The situation resolved fine but was confusing enough that I want to explain what happened.
Why this happens
Vendors often consolidate multiple orders shipping to the same address into a single package. This is efficient for them — one shipment rather than two — and usually fine for the recipient. If you placed two separate orders that are both queued for production at the same time, the vendor may ship them together under one tracking number.
The consolidation is often not communicated proactively. You see one tracking number and wonder where the second package is. In most cases, both cards are in the single tracked package.
What I actually received
One package with both cards inside, each in its own sleeve. The tracking number from the first order was the one used for the shipment. The second order's status page updated to "shipped" with the same tracking number about a day after the first. If I had checked the second order page rather than just the first, I would have seen the same tracking number there too.
When to ask about a missing tracking number
If two orders to the same address are both showing "shipped" but with different tracking numbers and one of the packages does not arrive with the other, then you have a split shipment situation that is worth following up on. If both are showing "shipped" with the same tracking number, the consolidation explanation applies and your package contains both cards.
If one order shows shipped and the other shows a different status, contact the vendor and ask whether the orders are shipping together or separately. A direct question gets a direct answer and clears up the confusion immediately.
