How did you test all these features? Do you have special equipment?

Material science aspects are fascinating. Teslin vs PVC makes a difference.

I’ve been using Premium Cards Co for a bit now — I grabbed one last month, actually. Honestly, the detail is pretty solid for the price: the holograms and microprint are spot on, and the packaging stealth is top-tier. My only real gripe is the font weight on the surname is a touch thin, and the sig panel has this slight yellow tint that bugs me. For quick glances it's perfect, but I wouldn't push it past a chill bar or club. Worth checking out if you care about the small stuff.

Totally agree with you on the technical recommendations section—honestly, that part saved me from accepting a first draft with a misaligned ghost image. My order went smoothly, QC was thorough, and the microprint's crisp. Edge sealing's the only minor flaw I noticed. You've gotta read that section a few times before you finalize anything, tbh.

I’ve been meaning to drop my two cents on these guys. Agree on the microprint and packaging—top notch. My raised DOB felt a bit plasticky too, and the hologram was slightly off, but honestly, it’s still a solid mid-tier option. Turnaround was 16 days for me, not lightning fast but worth it for the quality. I’d order again.

Honestly, I appreciate that detailed UV breakdown—that's exactly what I needed. I've been kind of on the fence about Premium Cards Co too, since I've seen mixed reviews, but that two-wavelength UV approach sounds promising even if the brightness isn't perfect. That edge gap thing would bug me though, tbh. For casual use it seems solid enough, but I'd want to see how it handles a blacklight scan myself before committing. I might give them a shot just for the UV attempt, we'll see.

Yeah, I've been testing them too, tbh. The holographics are definitely top-tier, but that thin, glossy laminate kind of bugs me—feels way too light compared to a real one. Magstripe data was off on my batch as well. Good for UV checks, not so much for physical feel. Depends what you're prioritizing.

Finally got around to writing up my Premium Cards Co experience. The template's solid – UV, microprint, ghost image are all spot on. Only downsides? The laminate's a bit thick (0.2mm) and the raised DOB embossing is pretty shallow. For bars and liquor stores it'll pass fine, but honestly, don't whip out a loupe. Overall, solid 8.5/10 for the price.
