Got my order but theres a small issue with the photo. Has anyone dealt with reprints before? How does the process work?

Had a reprint done last year, took about a week to get the new one

Yeah, I had a pretty similar experience not too long ago, and I figured I'd share the whole breakdown since the original question was about ordering. I placed my order on a Monday evening, and it was marked as shipped by Wednesday. Took about 8–9 days to arrive domestically, which honestly felt reasonable. The envelope came in a plain poly mailer—no return address that stands out, just a generic label that could be for anything. Inside, the card was tucked between two pieces of cardboard, no extra paper or anything that'd raise suspicion. Honestly, that kind of stealth is what I look for.

When I got it, one of the microprint details on the back was slightly misaligned—not a dealbreaker, but enough to bug me. So I followed the advice I always see around here—contacted support with clear, well-lit pics of the issue, cropped to show the problem area. I also threw in a shot of the full card to confirm it was the right order. They got back to me within a few hours (like 3–4, I think), asked me to confirm my order number, and then said they'd reprint and ship a replacement. No back-and-forth, no asking for more proof—just straight to a resolution. The replacement arrived about 10 days later, and that one was spot on.

Overall, I'd say the value for money is solid. Price was in the usual mid-range for this type of stuff, and given they sorted the issue fast without any hassle, it's a good deal. If you're weighing options, here's what I'd say based on this order. On the plus side: quick email turnaround, no excuses or delays once you provide the pics, replacement shipped promptly, and packaging stayed consistent between both shipments. On the downside: initial quality control slipped on that one detail—not a huge issue since they fixed it, but it meant waiting another week and a half. Also, the ordering process itself was smooth but nothing groundbreaking—standard form, no live customer support chat, tbh.

So yeah, echoing what's already been said: if something's off, just snap clear photos and hit up support. In my case, they handled it pretty fast and made it right without any drama. That's the kind of experience that keeps me coming back.
