Really impressed with customer service

Had an issue with my photo getting rejected (file size problem) and the vendor's support was actually helpful. They responded in a few hours, told me exactly what to fix, and didn't make me feel stupid for messing it up. Resubmitted and got approved same day. Small things like this make a difference when you're dropping money on something like this. Props to good vendors who treat customers right.
