Reorder experience - even better than first time

So I just received my second order from the same vendor, and honestly, I'm pretty blown away by how much they've tightened up their game. My first order was solid for the price, but this time around they've clearly taken feedback on board and refined their process. Thought I'd share a full breakdown for anyone on the fence about pulling the trigger.

Ordering Timeline: I placed the order on a Monday evening, got an automated confirmation within about 20 minutes. The next day I received a message from them confirming stock availability and the estimated production time. QC pics came through on Thursday – so about a 3-day turnaround from order to QC, which is faster than my first order where I waited nearly 5 days. I gave the green light same day, and it shipped out on Friday. From there, tracking went active on Monday and the pack landed on my doorstep exactly 9 days after the initial order. So total from payment to delivery was about 12 days, including a weekend. That's a solid improvement over the 16 days on my first go-round.

Packaging Stealth Details: Outer packaging was a plain bubble mailer with a generic return address, no logos or anything that would draw attention. Inside was a black Mylar bag with a decent thickness – not the flimsy stuff that crinkles loud. That was wrapped in a layer of cardstock and then placed inside a small cardboard box that was taped shut. The box itself had no branding, just a handwritten label. Compared to my first order where the Mylar bag was a bit thin and the box had a slight smell, this time there was zero odor and the whole thing felt more substantial. I'd say stealth is at 4.5/5 – still room for improvement if someone really shook the package, but for standard mail, it's fine.

Communication Response Speed: I hit them up twice – once to ask about an address change (I moved between orders) and once to confirm the hologram style. First email got a reply in about 11 hours, second in 6 hours. Both responses were polite, direct, and answered my questions without any copy-paste fluff. On my first order, replies took closer to 24 hours, so they've clearly scaled up their support or just got more efficient. No pressure to order, no spam follow-ups – just clean communication.

VFM Rating: I'd give this an 8.5/10 on value for money. The price hasn't changed from my first order, but the quality bump makes it feel like a better deal. You're not paying top-tier prices, but you're getting something that's noticeably closer to the real deal than most budget options. If they keep this trajectory, next order might be a 9/10.

Specific Pros and Cons:
Pros: The hologram layering is night and day better – the first time I had some misalignment on the OVI patches, but now the color shift is crisp and the microtext is legible under magnification. Edge sealing is also much cleaner; no rough spots or glue residue along the borders. The lamination feels more even, no bubbles or peeling at the corners. Turnaround time is faster, and the packaging is more discreet than before. They also seem to have refined the tactile feel – the raised elements have more depth.

Cons: A couple of minor things. The color match on one of the background guilloche patterns is still slightly off under UV light – not something you'd notice outdoors, but under a blacklight it's maybe 5% too saturated. Also, the plastic stock they use, while better, could be a touch thicker. It doesn't feel flimsy, but it's not quite the same weight as a genuine piece. And while the communication is faster, they still don't offer live chat or a real-time tracking update system – you have to ask for it. That's a small nitpick for the price point though.

Overall, I'm glad I went back for a second round. They're clearly iterating and listening to feedback. If you were on the fence after the first batch, now might be a good time to reconsider. I'll definitely be watching for a third batch to see if they keep pushing.

Yeah, I had pretty much the same experience. My reorder was way cleaner, especially the edge sealing—felt like they really tightened up the process after my first one. I almost put it off because of turnaround time worries, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it. Vendor communication was solid too, kept me in the loop the whole way. Always nice when a legit vendor actually shows improvement instead of just coasting.

That's great to hear! Honestly, glad your reorder turned out even better—shows they're actually making improvements instead of just coasting. That's how it should be, right? Vendors actually listening and refining based on feedback. Hopefully more follow that approach.

Yeah, totally agreed. The edge sealing on my first one was honestly the main thing I worried about, but this reorder is a lot cleaner. Makes the whole ID feel way more solid. I'm glad they actually listened to feedback on that.

Yeah, honestly totally agree. It's rare to find a vendor that stays consistent, let alone actually gets better over time. If they keep this up, you should definitely hold onto them. I've had a few start strong then drop off, so this is refreshing to hear. Good find.
