Got my order but theres a small issue with the photo. Has anyone dealt with reprints before? How does the process work?

Yeah, I had to go through a reprint with a vendor about this time last year. My original order arrived fine, but after a few months the holograms started peeling at the edges—nothing crazy, just annoying, you know? I reached out to their support to ask about their reprint policy, and honestly, I didn't know what to expect. Most vendors ghost you or demand a whole new order, but this one actually had a decent reprint policy baked in if the flaw wasn't user error.

Here's the timeline of how it went down. I messaged them on a Tuesday evening, attached a couple of photos showing the peeling holos. Got a reply within about 24 hours asking for a short video under natural light to confirm it wasn't deliberate damage. I sent that Wednesday night. Thursday morning they approved the reprint and said they'd push it through that same production cycle. Shipped out Friday, and I had the new piece in hand the following Thursday. So from first contact to mailbox, it was roughly a week—pretty much what the OP said. The turnaround alone made the whole thing worth it.

Packaging for the reprint was noticeably stealthier than my original order, honestly. The original came in a regular bubble mailer with a generic return address. For the reprint, they used a flat cardboard envelope with no branding at all, and the return label was just a random residential address in a different state. Inside, the ID was sandwiched between two thin pieces of corrugated plastic, not cardboard, which made it feel a lot more rigid and less likely to bend in transit. No extra inserts or freebies, just the card in a clear plastic sleeve. Definitely a step up in discretion, which I really appreciated.

Communication speed was solid for a vendor that usually doesn't do much hand-holding, tbh. After the initial approval, I got a shipping notice the same day it went out, with tracking that updated properly. They didn't pester me with status updates, but if I sent a follow-up question about the timeline, they usually replied within 12 hours. No instant replies, but nothing that felt ignored.

Value for money on the reprint? Hard to complain honestly when the reprint itself was covered under policy—I only paid a small shipping fee, something like $10? Not sure if that's standard for all vendors, but relative to the original cost, it felt like a no-brainer. If I had to rate it, I'd give the whole experience a solid 8/10 VFM considering I got a replacement without dropping another full order.

On the plus side: quick approval, fast turnaround, stealthy packaging on the reprint, and they didn't try to weasel out of honoring the policy. Communication was clear and professional. On the downside, they required a video as proof which felt a little extra, and the reprint came with the same holograms as before, so I'm keeping an eye on them this time. Also no tracking update between "label created" and "arrived at regional facility," so there was a couple days of silence. Overall, if you have a genuine issue and their policy covers it, it's worth initiating a reprint request—just be prepared to prove your case.

Contact support with clear pics of the issue. They usually handle it pretty fast
