How long does it usually take to get a response from customer service? Sent a message 2 days ago still waiting.

Yeah, I've been using this vendor for a while now, and the response time has been pretty consistent for me too—always within 24 hours, sometimes even faster if I message early in the day. The key is making sure you include your order number in the subject or first line. I learned that the hard way after one message got buried because they couldn't match it to an account. Now I just copy-paste the order number every time and it's smooth sailing.

As for the full ordering experience, here's my timeline: placed an order midweek, got a confirmation within a few hours. Payment cleared same day, and I got a "processing" update the next morning. It shipped about 3 days after that. Domestic delivery took another 4 business days (YMMV on location). So from order to mailbox, it was roughly 8 days total. Not the fastest I've had, but acceptable for the price.

Packaging was standard bubble mailer with no obvious markings. Inside, the items were wrapped in a thin cardboard sleeve and then sealed in a mylar-type bag. Nothing flashy, just functional stealth. If you're ordering multiple IDs, they come separated by tissue paper so they don't stick together or scratch. No customs issues on my end, but that could vary depending on where you are.

Communication wise, they're mostly friendly but can be a bit short if you ask the same question twice. Best to keep inquiries direct—include that order number, ask about status, and you'll get a clear answer. I've asked about a reprint before and they got back to me within the same day with tracking info.

Value for money? I'd give it a solid 7/10. The quality matches what you're paying—decent lamination, acceptable microprint, good color matching on the holo overlays. The raised text could be crisper, and the signature line is a bit heavy, but unless you're handing it to someone who stares at ID cards for a living, it passes. UV checks out fine with a light. Scanning with standard apps works, but some advanced scanners might catch the lack of ghost image sharpness.

As for the upsides, communication is fast and reliable—always within a day. Stealth packaging is solid for domestic orders, turnaround time is consistent for standard stuff, and they'll do reprints if you catch an error early. On the flip side, you really gotta include your order number in every message or they can't help you. Shipping can drag if you're out in a rural area, there's no real tracking updates once it's in transit—just a "shipped" notification—and customer service can get blunt if they've answered the same thing before.

Overall, if you're just looking for a solid alternative without bells and whistles, this vendor works. Just follow the rules they set—include that order number, keep your messages polite and direct, and don't expect personalized hand-holding. It's a transaction, not a friendship. I've placed three orders so far and only had one minor issue (a misplaced signature) which they fixed without hassle. That counts for a lot in this game.
