So I figured I'd drop my experience with a reprint I had done last year. Originally ordered a few months before and the first one came out fine overall, but there was a small issue with the hologram overlay that bothered me enough to reach out. Honestly, I wasn't sure what the reprint policy was like or if they'd even respond, but figured it was worth a shot.

I hit up support through their ticket system on a Tuesday evening. Got an automated confirmation right away, then a human reply the next morning asking for photos of the problem. Sent them over, and they approved a reprint within about 24 hours. No pushback, no trying to blame me — just a "yeah, we see what you mean, we'll get a new one out." That alone made me feel a lot better about the whole thing.

As for the timeline — after they confirmed the reprint, they said it'd be a few days for production. I got a QC pic (just a single photo, not a video) maybe three days later. Gave the green light, and it shipped the same day. From first contact to the day I had the new ID in hand, it was roughly about a week. Maybe eight days tops. That was pretty impressive considering I expected some back-and-forth delay.

Packaging was the usual low-key stuff — a plain bubbler inside a standard manila envelope, no return address or anything flashy. Totally stealthy. There wasn't any weird smell or crinkling that would give it away. If someone at the mailbox saw it, they'd think it was junk mail or a small Amazon packet. No issues with customs or anything on the reprint either.

Communication speed was pretty solid. Their ticket responses came within 12–24 hours during the week, tbh. Weekend might've been a bit slower, but I didn't have to chase them down. They answered my questions clearly and didn't ghost me after the reprint was approved.

As for value for money on the reprint? It wasn't free — I think they charged me a reduced fee, which felt fair considering the original issue wasn't entirely my fault. Compared to other vendors I've used where you basically have to pay full price again or they ignore you, this was a solid deal. I'd say VFM is good, especially if you factor in the relatively quick turnaround. Not the absolute cheapest option out there, but the combination of service speed and quality made it worth it.

So pros? Fast reprint approval, no hassle, smooth communication, stealth packaging, total turnaround about a week. Cons? I would've liked a video QC instead of just a still photo, and it'd be nice if they offered some kind of guarantee period on the original purchase. Also, the communication was good but not instant — if you're super impatient, the waiting between replies might bug you.

Anyway, that's my experience. If you're debating whether to reach out for a reprint, I'd say go for it. At least in my case they handled it without drama.

Contact support with clear pics of the issue. They usually handle it pretty fast
