Thoughts on current service quality?
Appreciate you sharing this
I've been using this vendor on and off for a few months now, so thought I'd share my thoughts on their current service. I ordered a couple of basic state IDs—just the usual PVC style, nothing fancy. The ordering process was pretty straightforward: uploaded my template, paid through the usual methods, and got a confirmation within like 20 minutes. Shipping took about 8–9 days from payment to my mailbox, which is pretty standard for domestic. Tracking updated consistently once it left their facility, so no complaints there.
As for packaging, they kept it pretty low-key. Outer envelope was a plain bubble mailer with a handwritten return address from some random city a few states over. Inside, the IDs were sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and wrapped in a thin layer of foam to prevent bending. There was also a folded sheet of junk mail style paper on top to make it look like just another piece of useless post. Nothing flashy, but it did the job. No customs slip or anything suspicious if your roommates happen to grab the mail first.
Now onto the communication part—this is where it gets interesting. I had a small issue with one of the IDs: the hologram was slightly off-center and the raised text wasn't as crisp as the other one. I reached out to support, attached clear close-up photos showing the problem, and described what I expected. They answered within a few hours—same day, actually—acknowledged the flaw, and offered to reprint that ID for free with a revised template. I sent the updated info that night, and the replacement shipped out two days later. The turnaround on the replacement was even faster, maybe 5 days total. So yeah, if you run into any hiccups, sending them a well-lit picture of the issue really speeds things up.
Value for money? I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. The pricing is right in line with other mid-tier vendors I've used—nothing crazy cheap, but you're not paying premium either. Considering the support response time and the fact that they fixed the mistake without any hassle, honestly I think it's a fair deal.
As for pros: fast and responsive support, good packaging stealth for domestic orders, and the replacement policy actually works if you provide clear proof. On the flip side, quality control can be a little inconsistent from one ID to another in the same batch—the first one was perfect, the second had the hologram issue. Also, shipping times can vary by a couple of days depending on when you place the order. Overall, I'd still recommend them if you're willing to double-check your IDs upon arrival and communicate any issues quickly.
Had a reprint done last year, took about a week to get the new one
Got my order but theres a small issue with the photo. Has anyone dealt with reprints before? How does the process work?
