Vendor communication has drastically improved
Mine went the other direction recently but product is still solid.
Scaling operations while keeping quality up is not easy. Respect.
Honestly, this vendor’s communication has come a long way since I first started ordering from them. I remember when you’d send a message and wait a day or two for a reply—now it’s usually within a couple of hours, sometimes even during the weekend. It makes a huge difference when you’ve got money tied up in an order and you’re just sitting there wondering if everything’s on track. Fast replies cut that anxiety way down.
Here’s how my most recent order went down. I placed it on a Tuesday evening, got a payment confirmation by Wednesday morning. QC photos came through about two days later on Friday—they looked solid, no obvious flaws. I approved them that same day, and the vendor shipped on Monday. The package landed on my doorstep the following Thursday, so total door‑to‑door was about nine days. Not the fastest I’ve ever seen, but the constant updates made it feel quicker.
Packaging was stealthy as you’d expect from a reputable source. Outer layer was a plain bubble mailer with no return address or branding. Inside, the ID was sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and sealed in a vacuum‑packed mylar bag to block any scanner weirdness. No smell, no rattle, nothing suspicious if someone happened to peek. That level of care is what keeps me coming back.
Communication was the standout this time. I had a couple of questions about the template before ordering, and the vendor got back to me within an hour each time—clear, professional, no attitude. Once the order was in, they sent tracking without me having to ask, and even followed up to confirm delivery. That kind of proactive contact is rare in this game.
Value for Money (VFM): 9/10. The price is in line with other mid‑tier vendors, but the improved communication alone adds a ton of value. You’re paying for peace of mind as much as the physical product.
Pros: Lightning-fast responses even on weekends, proactive updates like QC photos and tracking, a professional tone with no shadiness, and packaging that's discreet and well thought out.
Cons: Shipping speed is average—could be a day or two faster if they offered express options. QC turnaround sometimes slips to three days instead of the promised two. Also, no live chat, only email or Signal, but honestly they reply fast enough that it doesn't matter much.
Overall, if you’ve been on the fence because you’re worried about being left in the dark, this vendor seems to have fixed that problem. The comms upgrade alone is worth giving them another shot.
Used to wait 2 days for a reply. Now getting responses within a few hours. Quality has stayed consistent. Looks like they expanded their team. Good sign for the operation overall.
