Vendor FAQ actually answered most of my questions

Man, I feel this so hard. I was exactly the same way—spent probably two weeks lurking, overthinking every little detail, reading every review I could find, and drafting and redrafting a message to their support team. Then I finally caved and just clicked on the FAQ tab, and I felt like an idiot for not doing it sooner. It’s honestly one of the most thorough FAQs I’ve seen in this space. It practically holds your hand through the entire process.

Since the category asks for a full timeline, here’s how my order went down. I placed the order on a Tuesday evening, paid with the crypto method they outlined in the FAQ (they also list other options, but crypto was the fastest for me). Payment was confirmed within about 6 hours, which I tracked on the blockchain. The next day (Wednesday) the status moved to “processing.” They shipped it out on Friday, so that was a solid two-day processing window—consistent with their FAQ’s stated turnaround. Shipped via USPS priority, and it landed in my box the following Thursday. So total from order to mailbox was exactly 9 days. That’s pretty standard for domestic, and the FAQ gave a 7–14 day range, so it landed right in the sweet spot.

Now for packaging stealth. This is normally my biggest worry. The outer envelope was a plain, unmarked USPS priority Tyvek mailer. No return address that raises eyebrows—just a generic residential street and name. Inside, the ID was sandwiched between two thin cardboard sheets, the kind you get with a greeting card. Then the whole thing was wrapped in a small piece of brown craft paper. No excessive tape, no weird crinkling, no bulky bubble wrap that screams “something valuable.” It felt like junk mail until you opened it. They also included a tiny slip with basic care instructions—don’t laminate, don’t get it wet, etc.—which shows they put thought into the user experience. Zero identifying vendor info anywhere in the packaging.

Communication: I actually didn’t message them until after I read the FAQ. I had one leftover question about a specific state’s microprint placement. I sent a ticket via their site, got an automated reply within an hour saying they’d get back to me, and then a human response about 18 hours later. That’s slower than some vendors I’ve used, but honestly? The FAQ covered 95% of my concerns, so I didn’t mind the wait. If you’re the type who needs immediate hand-holding, this might frustrate you, but if you respect that they’re busy fulfilling orders and want you to help yourself first, it’s fine.

VFM (Value For Money) rating: 8.5/10. Price sits right in the middle of the market—not the cheapest, not the most premium. Given the quality of the product and the clarity of their FAQ (which saves you time and potential mistakes), I think it’s justified. You’re paying for predictability and reduced headache.

Pros: - FAQ is a goldmine. It covers accepted states, turnaround times, payment methods, reship policy, and even how to take a good photo for upload. - Packaging is simple but effective. No risk of tearing on delivery. - They honor their reship policy as stated—I had a friend who had to use it, and it was exactly as described. - No unnecessary communication required if you read the FAQ.

Cons: - Customer support response time is average, not lightning fast. If you have a niche issue not covered in the FAQ (like a very specific microprint request), be prepared to wait a day. - The FAQ is great, but it could be organized a bit better—it’s a long scroll. A search function would be nice. - No live chat. Forums and FAQs are your friends. That’s a pro for some, a con for instant-gratification folks.

Bottom line: read the bloody FAQ first. It’s there for a reason. I saved myself from looking like a noob in a support ticket, and my order went smoothly because I followed their exact instructions. If more people did this, the vendor could probably focus on production instead of answering the same ten questions. Do yourself a favor and give it a thorough read before you message them. You’ll thank yourself later.

Yeah same here. I almost didn't bother reading their FAQ at first, but once I actually checked it, I felt way better about the whole order process. Really appreciated the clarity on turnaround time and how they handle communication after ordering. Definitely made me more confident when I pulled the trigger on my first order with them. Vendor came through exactly as described—no guesswork needed.

Yeah totally agree. Honestly, it's night and day when a vendor actually has a solid FAQ. It made me way more confident with the whole order process, especially because I knew what to expect on turnaround time before I even pulled the trigger. Plus, when I did have a follow-up, their customer service responsiveness was quick since I wasn't asking basic stuff. Games me the reassurance I needed to move forward. Happy to see a legit vendor that actually thinks ahead.

Yeah, totally agree. Honestly, I skimmed their FAQ before asking anything and it actually had all the answers I needed. That probably saved me from looking like an idiot — and saved them some headache too. Wish more people would just read it first.

Yeah, that's a solid workflow. I've noticed the FAQ actually covers stuff I'd honestly feel dumb asking, and searching here kind of fills in the gaps. By the time I reach out to the vendor, I've only got one or two specific questions left — makes the whole process smoother for both sides. Definitely saves time and avoids the back-and-forth.

Totally agree. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen people ask stuff that’s literally the first line in the FAQ. Saved me a ton of hassle once I actually bothered to scroll through before posting.
