Been meaning to post this for a while now. I've been using this vendor for about six months, and since response times seem to come up a lot, I figured I'd share my full experience. Overall, they're one of the more reliable ones I've dealt with, but there are a few things worth knowing before you jump in.
Ordering Timeline
My first order went like this: I sent an email inquiry late on a Tuesday, got a reply the next morning – roughly 14 hours. Placed the order on Wednesday, and payment confirmation came within a few hours. Pretty straightforward – they gave clear instructions, no unnecessary back-and-forth. On Thursday I got the "shipped" notice. Domestic shipping took about 4 business days, so I had the pack in hand the following Tuesday. That's about a week total from inquiry to delivery. When I re-ordered a couple months later, the timeline was nearly identical – maybe a day slower on the reply side. So it's pretty consistent, which I appreciate.
Packaging & Stealth
The packaging is what you'd expect from a vendor that's been around a while. Outer envelope was a plain white bubble mailer, no markings. Inside, the IDs were sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and wrapped in standard shipping foam – nothing flashy but gets the job done. Return address was a generic name and street combo, nothing obviously tied to the vendor. No customs issues on my end (domestic), but if you're international I'd ask them directly because I can't speak to that. Stealth level is medium – it'd pass a casual glance but probably wouldn't fool a trained inspector. That's fine for most people here.
Communication Speed
This is where it gets a little mixed. On my first order the responses were fairly quick, usually within 12–24 hours. But on the second order I had a question about a small detail and it took nearly 48 hours to get a reply. Nothing rude or dismissive, just slower. I'd say their average response time is about a day, which is kind of decent but not the fastest out there. If you're someone who needs immediate hand-holding, this might not be the best fit. But if you're patient and don't spam them with 15 messages, they'll get back to you.
Value for Money (VFM) Rating: 8/10
Pricing is mid-range – not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Given the quality consistency and the fact that shipping has always been on time (never had a late pack), I feel like you get what you pay for, tbh. You could probably find cheaper, but you might sacrifice reliability. For first-timers especially, the peace of mind is worth the extra few bucks.
Pros
On the plus side, quality is consistent across orders – no "good batch, bad batch" nonsense. Shipping window is reliable, usually within the stated 3–5 business days. No payment drama – they take the usual methods and confirm quickly. And it's good for beginners because the process is straightforward and they don't ghost you.
Cons
As for cons, communication can lag on occasion, especially if you ask about specifics like micro-printing or state-specific security features. Packaging is functional but nothing special – if you need high stealth for risky countries, you might want to look elsewhere. They don't offer a lot of customization options, like hologram upgrades. And if you order during a known busy period (holidays, etc.), expect slower reply times – plan ahead.
All in all, I'd still recommend them, especially if you're new and want a vendor that's not going to screw you over. Just don't expect instant responses every time and you'll be happy. Happy to answer any questions if anyone's on the fence.
