Vendor website down - is this normal?
I placed an order with a verified vendor about a week ago and got the confirmation email. But now when I try to check my order status, their website is showing "503 Service Unavailable".
Is this normal? Do vendor sites go down sometimes for maintenance? I'm worried because I already paid and can't access my account.
The vendor is definitely on the verified list and has good reviews, so I don't think it's a scam, but this is making me nervous. Should I email them or just wait it out?
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah this happens sometimes. Vendor sites get taken down temporarily by hosts or they do maintenance. If you got a confirmation email you're fine. Give it 24-48 hours.

I had this exact thing happen last month. Site was down for 3 days but came back up and my order was still processing normally. Don't panic.

It's pretty common. They host on sketchy servers to stay under the radar. As long as you have your confirmation email and order number you're good.

Send them an email just to be safe. Most vendors have a backup email for when their site is down. They usually respond within a day or two.

Yeah don't stress. I've seen verified vendor sites go down multiple times and they always come back. Just part of this business.

Ok that makes me feel better. I'll send them an email and wait for the site to come back. Thanks for the reassurance everyone!
