What is IDGod queue today?

posted by k2415 20 hours ago 47 views 0 comments

I check IDGod's queue status periodically because my current order has been sitting at "in production" for seven days and I wanted to calibrate whether that's normal before deciding whether to contact support.

Based on the forum posts I've been reviewing from the past six weeks, seven days in production is on the longer side but within the documented range. The most common reports put production time at four to eight days for standard orders and eight to twelve days for less common states or batches during high-volume periods. My target state is a mid-volume one, so I'm somewhere in the middle of those ranges.

A few posts from the past two weeks specifically mentioned that IDGod production times have been running slightly longer than earlier in the year — consistent with what several other vendors have also reported, which suggests a broader capacity issue across the vendor market rather than anything IDGod-specific. One person reported fourteen days in production before shipping confirmation, which was their longest ever with this vendor.

I've decided to wait until day ten before sending a status inquiry. My logic: at day ten I'm in the upper range of normal production times for my state, and a brief support message checking in is appropriate at that point rather than premature. Messaging at day seven, when I'm still within the documented normal window, would probably generate a generic reply and not move anything faster.

The IDGod order dashboard itself hasn't shown any payment or photo issues — just the production status that's been static for seven days. No error flags, no support messages from them about any problem with my order. That's a reasonable indicator that the order is in queue rather than stuck for a specific reason.

I'll report back when the status changes or when I've had a support interaction, whichever comes first.
