General Review

Paid for the ID but will receive a refund in exchange for review

Communication

10.0/10

vendor replied to all my inquiries within 24 hours, no issues.

Cost/Value

9.0/10

I'm getting this ID in exchange for a review but for most buyers it IS a bit on the pricier side, at around $115. the quality is quite good though if you're going out of state.

Shipping

6.0/10

Placed my order on May 7th and it arrived on June 3rd. If an order didn't get seized by customs it would've taken about 3 weeks but this took 4. Nonetheless package was stealthy and trackable.

Template Quality

7.0/10

The template is pretty good but the colors are a bit more saturated than a real PA. for example the back on this fake is much darker than a real PA. Compared to my U21, it feels a little flimsy. In addition, my headshot in this shows the shoulders when i've seen 4 or 5 real U21 PA ID's (including my own) and they all have it cropped above the shoulders (see pics). other than that the template is pretty spot on and it should be able to pass out of state.

Photoshop Quality

8.0/10

The photoshop itself is DMV quality and it looks like a DMV photo, but real PA ID's don't show the shoulders. they're often much more zoomed in.

Holo/OVI

10.0/10

holos and OVI are good. real PA ID's don't have overlays or bright holos so this works fine.

UV Features

10.0/10

didn't test but 90% of bars i've gone to don't use a UV so its fine for me.

Scanning

10.0/10

scans perfectly fine as do all other IDs.

Signature

10.0/10

perfect thickness and looks just like the one on my real U21.

Conclusion

9.0/10

as someone who is from PA, the ID photo itself is a little suspicious because of the cropping but the ID should work well out of state. communication was strong and shipping took a little bit but after they reshipped a new id it came pretty fast. i think Evolved is a pretty solid choice and would still recommend him.
