Detailed Ratings
Communication
7.0/10
IDBOOK's CS on forums takes 1-2 days to respond, and after waiting a week to find out they were on vacation I went and made a support ticket on the website. Support ticket system was fantastic, I would get a reply next day.
Cost/Value

I find the current price of ID's fine but if you're cheap go in with a group order which make the prices even better.
Shipping
10.0/10
It took 13 days since the day the order was paid to when it arrived at my door.
Template Quality

Without a physical in hand I can't compare the colors. I've seen the top be more red or more pink, this NC is definitely pinker than most. All text and information is clean. I don't have a magnifier so I can't read the microprint but it looks to be fine.
Photoshop Quality
10.0/10
Great shadows, photo is a little hi-res but I just bought a pack of smirny with it so it's fine.
Holo/OVI
10.0/10
Colors and all aspects are beautiful. I don't see any imperfections in the 1775, North Carolina, or state outline.
UV Features
10.0/10
It's there, not much else to say here
Scanning
10.0/10
ID was scanned at a retail chain store and was good.
Signature
10.0/10
Perfectly sized and in the right spot under my picture.
Conclusion
10.0/10
9.66 for averaged conclusion. Customer service was a bummer but the support ticket system was fantastic. Great ID especially for how young I look.
