General Review

Needed an ID to get me into bars and to buy alcohol. IDBOOK had their 50% off promo, so I jumped on it.

They answer tickets within 24 hours. My only complaint is that they don't tell you which courier your package was sent with when they post your tracking number.

Template Quality

The colors are a bit washed out and the laser perforated keystone that's over the secondary picture doesn't let much light through. Otherwise it's good.
Photoshop Quality

The ear shadows are good, but my head is a bit squished horizontally, making it look long. It's not too bad though.
Holo/OVI

They're there. Don't have a real one to compare them to.
UV Features
10.0/10
You can see the UV patterns, so I'd imagine they glow under a light.
Scanning
9.0/10
All the information comes up correctly and scans as valid with BCS and Scannr.
Signature
9.0/10
It's a little small compared to the example on the PA DMV website, but it looks like the signature I sent in.
Conclusion
9.0/10
Overall, this is a great option if you don't live in the NE. Nobody here in the South knows what a PA ID looks like. If you live where people are familiar with real ones, or if the half off promo isn't going when you order (and you're dead set on a PA fake), I'd honestly go with OIS instead.
