General Review

I resell groups and ordered with 5th floor because they have great group pricing. There was even a discount going when I ordered. The products arrived when expected and the quality is great.
Detailed Ratings
Communication
10.0/10
I opened a ticket before addressing the need for some custom restrictions, signature issues, rushed services. I got a reply within 48 hours and the changes were addressed with ease.
Cost/Value
8.0/10
Great pricing with group discounts. The discount helped even more. I used rush production and opted for normal shipping since the new process takes longer. Great price for the quality.
Shipping
8.0/10
Takes a little longer but what is stated on the site is accurate and the total order arrived with no issues.
Template Quality
8.0/10
On par with the physicals instate. The template has been updated to match the new issuance features of TN that changed late last year. There could be more hardness in some of the lines and colors.
Photoshop Quality
10.0/10
The photoshopping for the entire order was done really well. Some of the pictures kids submitted were trash but they were worked with nicely.
Holo/OVI
10.0/10
Perfect. These go edge to edge and the alignment with the UV and template are a hole in one.
UV Features
10.0/10
The UV is aligned perfectly with the OVI and the bouncers never take a second look when highlighting it out.
Scanning
10.0/10
The phone app scans it just right and they always scan whenever scanned out.
Signature
10.0/10
Thank you for working with my request. The signatures are great! I found the pad hard to work with at times but no issues here.
Conclusion
9.0/10
I recommend this for anyone needing a quality id. The group uses them instate with no issues and they travel well.
