How long to California? Seeing different estimates everywhere

6 days to LA is great right now, especially dodging the holiday mess. I've had packages sit at ISC inbound for close to a week, so that's a win. Only advice I'd give: keep an eye on the tracking number update once it clears, and screenshot it, because my last few only updated at the transit hub processing stage. Glad yours landed quick.

6 days to LA is impressive right now, honestly. Mine sat in ISC inbound for almost a week before it even moved, then flew through once it cleared. I've stopped stressing over the tracking number update gaps since they're usually inaccurate anyway. Did you pick an express shipping option or just standard? Curious if that made the difference or if you just got lucky with the queue.

6 days to LA is solid, especially with the holiday backlog. I’m on the east coast so mine usually crawls through the transit hub processing for a bit before it moves anywhere. Last one I had was stuck in ISC inbound for a week, so you definitely beat the odds. I’ve stopped sweating the parcel delivery status until it actually clears customs—if it lands under two weeks, I call it a win. Enjoy your new novelty ID!

Nice turnaround for LA—I'd take 6 days any time. Mine got stuck in ISC inbound for like four days once and still landed in two weeks, so you definitely lucked out there. Also, keep an eye on the tracking number update once it hits the transit hub processing stage; that's where mine went silent and I started sweating. If you ever need it faster, the express shipping option made a big difference for me on a reorder, but this timeline's hard to beat tbh.

So I figured I'd share my recent delivery timeline since I've seen a ton of questions about shipping speeds lately. I got mine in 6 days to LA, which honestly surprised me – especially with how backed up things have been at customs. I really wasn't expecting that speed given the holiday rush and all the chatter about delays around here.

As for the courier, they went with a standard tracked service – nothing express, just the usual priority option. The package moved through a major hub on the East Coast first, then transferred to a regional distribution center here in California before final delivery. It sat at the LA sort facility for about a day and a half, which is pretty standard for around here. Tracking updates were pretty consistent, but there were a couple of gaps where it didn't scan for almost 12 hours – stressed me out a bit, but eventually it popped up again.

Packaging was solid. It came in a plain bubble mailer with the usual discreet handling – no obvious markings or return addresses that would give anything away. Inside, the card was sandwiched between two stiff pieces of cardboard and wrapped in a thin foam sleeve. Nothing fancy, but it did the job – arrived completely flat with no bends or creases. The mailer looked perfectly normal, just like any other Amazon package or junk mail. No vacuum sealing or mylar bags here, just straightforward bubble wrap.

Customs was pretty minimal – it cleared through ISC New York within maybe 24 hours. No holds, no extra scans, just a straight pass-through. I've heard horror stories about packages sitting there for weeks, so I guess I got lucky. The envelope didn't look tampered with or re-taped – customs either didn't care or it blended right in with the rest of the daily mail.

Overall, 6 days to LA is solid in my book. That's about as fast as you can reasonably expect for domestic-ish turnaround once it's actually in the mail system. Obviously YMMV depending on where you're located and what time of year you order, but this was a smooth experience from start to finish. No complaints at all.
