How much extra for a duplicate? Want a backup just in case

Honestly, yeah, that's spot on — most vendors will knock a bit off the per-unit cost when you order dupes in a batch. It's basically bulk pricing, but the discounts can vary quite a bit depending on the shop and how many you're grabbing. Some vendors will list the discounted price right on the product page once you add multiple quantities, but others hide it in a "bulk deals" section or only show it at checkout. It's definitely worth poking around the site and maybe even checking their FAQ or shooting them an email if the discount isn't obvious.

On the payment side, if you're using crypto (which most of us do), keep an eye on network fees — especially Bitcoin or Ethereum. Those can eat into your savings if you're not careful. I usually go with Litecoin or Monero because the fees are way lower and confirmations are faster. Also, a lot of vendors will quote prices in BTC but then give you a small discount if you pay in a cheaper coin, so it's worth asking about.

Escrow's another thing you'll want to consider, especially if you're dropping a decent chunk of change on a multi-dupe order. A good marketplace escrow holds your payment until you receive and verify the IDs, which protects you from getting ghosted or sent junk. Just make sure you're using an actual trusted escrow service, not some random middleman who claims to hold funds. I'd steer clear of any vendor who insists on direct payment with no escrow option for larger orders — that's a major red flag, tbh.

Also, watch for hidden fees that can pile up. Some vendors tack on "packaging extras" or "discreet shipping upgrades" that aren't clear upfront. Others have flat shipping rates that don't scale, so ordering ten dupes might cost you the same shipping as two, but sometimes the shipping actually goes up per item. And if you're shipping internationally, you gotta factor in potential reship costs if the pack gets seized or returned. Overall, dupe pricing can be a solid deal, but honestly, read the fine print and do the math before clicking buy.
