Always get a dupe. Lost my only one once and had to reorder

Yeah, the original post raises a good point — honestly, most vendors do offer a discount when you order dupes (same ID, duplicate copy) together. Usually it's a small bulk break, like 10–15% off the second or third copy. But you gotta actually check the site's pricing page or cart because they don't always advertise it loudly. Some vendors apply it automatically at checkout, others need a coupon code or a note in the order. I've seen a few that only discount if you buy three or more, so yeah, read the fine print.

On the payment side, there's a few things to keep in mind. When you're paying with crypto, don't just look at the listed price — factor in the network fee. Bitcoin transactions can cost you an extra $5–10 depending on congestion, which totally eats into your dupe discount. I usually go with Litecoin or another low-fee coin if the vendor accepts it. That way you keep more of the savings in your pocket. Also, double-check the payment address and amount before you confirm the transaction — one typo and your crypto is gone forever.

Escrow is another layer you should use if the platform offers it. It might feel like an extra step, but it's pretty much your only real safety net if the vendor ghosts or sends something unusable. Just make sure you're using a reputable escrow service linked to the market, not some random middleman. And never release the escrow until you've physically verified the IDs with a blacklight or a scan.

Finally, keep an eye out for hidden fees that can sneak up on you. Things like expedited shipping, signature on delivery, or a reship fee if you need a redo — all of these add to the total. Some vendors also tack on a small fee for paying with certain cryptos or a "packaging upgrade" that isn't optional. So always go through the full checkout process to see the final total before you send a single satoshi. The dupe discount might look great on paper, but if you're not careful with fees it's easy to end up paying more than you expected.
