How long does shipping usually take?
One week is nothing to worry about. Production usually takes 3-5 days, then shipping is another 5-7 days.
I've waited up to 15 days before. Just be patient and it'll show up.

Which vendor did you use? Some are faster than others. My last order took 9 days total which was within their estimate.
Patience is key in this game.

7-10 days is pretty standard. Sometimes takes up to 2 weeks depending on the vendor's current workload.
Did they give you a tracking number? That usually helps with the anxiety.

Honestly, that wait is totally normal — I’ve been there and felt the same anxiety lol. The 7-10 day estimate is pretty standard for most vendors, but it almost always feels longer when you're refreshing the tracking page every few hours. So here's a few things that might help you chill out a bit.
First off, the courier choice makes a massive difference. If they shipped via standard airmail (like through your local postal service after clearing customs), you're looking at the full end of that window — sometimes even a day or two extra. If they used a private courier like DHL or FedEx, it’s usually faster but can still hit snags at customs depending on the country. Most vendors batch their shipments and hand them off to a consolidator, so the first few tracking scans might just say "label created" for a couple days before anything actually moves.
Transit hubs are another wildcard. If your package routes through a major hub like Hong Kong, Singapore, or Amsterdam, it’s common for it to sit there for 24-48 hours before getting onward transit. I’ve seen packages go through three hubs before even leaving Asia, which adds days to the clock. The packaging is usually pretty durable — typical bubble mailer or a discreet padded envelope, sometimes with a slightly stiff cardboard insert to prevent bending. I wouldn’t stress about it getting crushed unless your postal service is known for mangling stuff.
Customs is where most delays happen. Even though this is a novelty ID and not contraband, customs can still hold it for inspection. If it clears in under 24 hours you're golden; if it sits for 3-4 days that’s not unusual either. You won't get a "cleared customs" scan unless the courier updates it, so don't panic if the tracking goes silent for a bit.
Anyway, for a week in, you're right on track for that 7-10 day ballpark. If it hits day 12 or 13 without movement I'd start asking the vendor for a reship, but honestly I’d bet it shows up by the end of this week. Just try not to obsess over the tracking — easier said than done, I know lol. You'll get that magic "out for delivery" notification soon enough.
