Just placed my order. What are the current shipping times looking like?

East coast if that matters

Mine took about 10 days to east coast last week

I figure I’d chime in since I’m also in the southeast (east coast, mid-Atlantic area) and just got mine last week. From order to mailbox it took exactly 8 days, which honestly surprised me. I was expecting closer to two weeks based on what I’d seen people posting around here.

As for the courier side of things, mine came through the regular national postal service after clearing customs, but the initial outbound leg used one of the major express carriers—I’m pretty sure it was DHL based on the tracking scan points. It left the vendor’s region pretty fast, hit a sorting hub in Europe (looked like it went through Frankfurt or maybe Amsterdam), then flew over and hit customs on the east coast near New York. That’s where things usually slow down, but mine zipped through in less than 24 hours. No extra scans while it was in customs, just a sudden “cleared customs” update.

Packaging was solid, honestly. It was a letter-size envelope. They used a thick cardstock inner sleeve to prevent bending, then sealed it in a standard poly mailer with no return address or branding, just a plain label. The package itself looked like regular junk mail, so nothing that would make anyone raise an eyebrow.

One thing I noticed: the tracking actually updated through USPS once it entered the domestic system, and it moved pretty consistently from the NY distribution center down to a regional hub in Atlanta, then to my local post office. No long gaps between scans—normally I see 2–3 day black holes, but this time it was daily updates once it hit the US.

Overall, tbh 8 days feels like a win for shipping to the southeast. I’ve heard some people in the same region waiting 12–14 days, so maybe I got lucky with the customs timing. If you’re still waiting, just hang tight—sometimes it’s just the customs queue that drags. Mine was honestly quick for a cross-Atlantic package, and the packaging held up well through transit.
