Man, I’m right there with you — summer concerts are honestly the best part of the year. I’ve got four shows locked in myself, and I’m already planning my fifth because FOMO is real. My lineup this year's kind of a mix: one big outdoor amphitheater show, one small club gig that’s gonna be sweaty as hell, and two festival sets that I’m still sorting out logistics for.
There’s just something about the energy when the sun’s still up and you’re standing on grass with a drink in hand waiting for the opener. One of my shows is a band I’ve been trying to catch for like three years, so I’m hyped. The venue’s always a gamble though — some places have killer sound, others you’re fighting the crowd just to breathe. I’ve learned my lesson: always check setlist.fm and bring earplugs no matter what.
And yeah, summer concert season means dealing with heat, parking nightmares, and overpriced merch, but the good memories always outweigh the hassle. What genre are your shows?
