Anyone received CA IDs from IDTop lately? Quality concerns

I ordered a California ID from IDTop about 3 weeks ago and finally got it yesterday. The holograms look decent under normal light but when I checked with a UV light, some of the security features seem a bit off compared to a real CA license my friend has. The perforations are there but they feel slightly different. Has anyone else noticed this with recent CA IDs? Not trying to bash the vendor, just want to know if this is normal or if I should reach out to them. Also the raised text feels pretty good actually, that part impressed me. Just concerned about the UV features. Thoughts?
