Texas ID - Perforations quality check
Just received my TX ID and overall happy with it, but I'm concerned about the perforations. They seem a bit rough around the edges compared to a real TX ID I've seen.
For those who know TX IDs well - how clean should the star perforation be? Is some roughness normal even on real IDs?
Everything else looks great (holos, UV, template), just this one detail is bugging me.

Texas perforations can be tricky. Even real IDs sometimes have slight roughness around the edges. As long as the star shape is clear and you can see light through it cleanly, you should be fine.

I have a real TX ID and the perfs aren't perfectly smooth either. Don't stress too much about it - bouncers rarely look that closely at the perforations.

Which vendor did you use? Some are definitely better than others with TX perfs. If it's really bad you might want to request a reprint but minor roughness is normal.
